Food and drinks aboard Gulets
Your gulet comes fully staffed with crew of Captain and seamen, who sail the boat, and prepare and cook meals and give full drinks and food service.
On larger boats a chef and a hostess/steward are dedicated to menu preparation and drinks service, and care for all the guests needs.
Food supplies and drinks are prepared and served by the chef and crew, into three superb meals a day, plus an afternoon tea of cakes, cookies or fruit.
The style of cuisine is Mediterranean, using the best of seasonal produce and staples, the tenderest of beef, lamb and chicken cuts, and the best choice of fish and seafood from the waters around you.
The choice and extent of the menus are decided by you first. We offer a range of budget choices that will allow everyone to have a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We also can provision the boat according to dietary requirements and health conditions, such as gluten – free, and diabetic foods.
During your cruise, there will be shopping stops made at harbors along the route, to stock up on fresh foods, drinks and the essential fuel and water supplies.
